Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut for coating

Instructions
 

  • Add protein powder, coconut flour, honey, cottage cheese, frozen raspberries, and rolled oats to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and forms a dough-like consistency.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
  • Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls using your hands.
  • Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
