- 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut for coating
Add protein powder, coconut flour, honey, cottage cheese, frozen raspberries, and rolled oats to a blender or food processor.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and forms a dough-like consistency.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls using your hands.
Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
